Ingredients

5 ozboneless skinless chicken breast - thinly sliced
4 tspcanola oil
1 cupbroccoli florets
1/4 cupthinly sliced red bell pepper
1green onion cut into 1 inch pieces
1 clovegarlic - minced
1 tspsoy sauce
1 cuprice

Steps

Heat 2 tsp canola oil in non stick skillet

Add chicken and cook, stirring until no longer pink
3

Transfer chicken to plate

Add 2 tsp canola oil to skillet

Add broccoli flirets

Add red bell pepper
7

Add green onion

Add garlic

Cook for 3 minutes stirring until veggies are crisp tender

Return chicken to skillet cook for 1 minute until heated

Drizzle with soy sauce
12

Serve with cooked rice
