Ingredients

30 minutes
2 servings
  • 100 gmgram flour/besan
  • 2 tsprava/semolina
  • 1 inchginger
  • 1 tspjeera(cumin seeds)
  • 1 tsplime juice
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda or eno
  • as neededWater
  • For tempering
  • 1 tsp mustrad seeds
  • 2-3red chillies
  • 1 tsp urad dal
  • 2 tsp oil
  • as neededCurry leaves

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    In a vessel add jeera,ginger,salt,soda,flour,turmeric,rava

    Add water and mix everything well

    Grease a plate with oil and pour the mixture and keep it steam for 20 minutes in a medium flame

    Check the mix with a tooth pick if it is cooked or not.

  5. 5

    Now in a pan add oil and make the tempering and top it on the dhokla plate

    Cut into pieces and enjoy!!!
