Ingredients

  1. 1 cupdry roasted gram flour sattu atta
  2. 1 cupsemolina dry roast
  3. 1/2 kgdates small chopped
  4. 10figs (anjeer chopped)
  5. 3 tbspraisins
  6. 2 tbsppoppy seeds dry roasted
  7. 2 tbspfenugreek powder
  8. 1 cupmakhany dry roasted and grinded
  9. 1 cupgondh fry in desi ghee and grinded
  10. 1 cupjaggery powder
  11. 2 tbspkamar kas grinded
  12. 3 tbspwhite till
  13. 2 cupdesi ghee
  14. 15 pieces eachalmonds, cashewnuts dry roasted and grinded
  15. 2 tbspwater melanin seeds
  16. 5 tbspgrated coconut
  17. 2 tbspcharonji
  18. 3 tbspmelon seeds
  19. as requiredDesiccated coconut

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan add ghee add dates and fry add anjeer fry add kishmish fry add poppy seeds and makhany gondh fry semolina jaggery fry add fenugreek powder sattu ka atta kamar kas mix well add all dry fruits and mix well switch off the flame off after cool make balls and coat with desiccated coconut.
