Heat a heavy bottom pan put oil in it then add besan and Rawa mix it well like this

Now cook it on medium low flame stir continusly until it colour change to golden brown now off the flame and keep a side

Now take another bowl for making chasni add sugar and 3/4 bowl of water on the gas flame after 5minutes bobbles come then off the flame keep a side for 5minutes

Now add mawa, cardimum powder,1pinchof jafer powder after it this is look like

Now take any try Grease's now mix it based and chasnimix it well and transfer in Grease try garnish with chopped dry fruits

After cool cut into pieces as you like our basen mithai is ready for serving
