Press the Tofu to drain the liquid by wrapping in clean paper towel and placing between heavy pans, leave for 30 mins.

Slice or cube the Tofu as preferred.

Place the Tofu in a plastic bag with your chosen sauce and let soak for 30 minutes.

Sear to crisp, then serve with garnishes.
