Preheat the microwave at 180 degree centigrade for 10 minutes.

Heat the butter on low flame. When it completely melt switch off the gas. Let it cool down at normal room temperature.

Then add drinking chocolate, cocoa powder. Mix well.

Add milk, powder sugar and stir well.

Sieve all dry ingredients like wheat flour, baking powder and baking soda.

Add all dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Add half of the chopped almonds.

Mix all ingredients together. You can add more milk if required for proper consistency.

Grease the baking pan with butter. Sprinkle some flour over it.

Now pour the brownie batter to the baking pan with the help of spatula. Sprinkle remaining chopped almonds.

Tap the pan so that batter spread evenly.

Place it in preheated microwave at 180 degree centigrade for 20 minutes on convection mode.

Check out with tooth pick. If tooth pick come out clean. Remove the pan from the microwave.

Slice the Brownie and serve.

Tip - you can use compound dark chocolate instead of drinking chocolate. Melt it in microwave or used double boiler.
