Ingredients

  1. 100 gmpasta
  2. 1 cupMilk
  3. 1 tbspAll purpose flour
  4. 1Potato chopped in small cubes
  5. 1Carrot chopped in small cubes
  6. 1Capsicum chopped in small cubes
  7. 1/4 tspOregano
  8. 1/4 tspred chilli flakes
  9. 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. as neededWater
  12. as neededOil

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan and add 4-5 cups of water to it. Bring it to a boil. Now add a tspn of oil and pasta to it. Stir it gradually till the pasta is cooked. You can use a knife and cut the pasta to check if it is completely cooked. Now drain the water and keep the pasta aside.

    Further, take another pan and add a tspn of oil to it. Add all the veggies to it and fry until they are cooked completely. After they are finally done keep them aside in a plate.

    For the white sauce, add a tspn of oil to the same pan used above and add a tspn of all purpose flour to it. Stir it for a couple of minutes. Now gradually add milk to the pan and keep stiring. You need to stirr well so that no lumps are there in the pan.

    In a couple of minutes you will see the sauce thickening. Make sure the sauce does not become too thick. When you see the sauce with a good consistency, add the boiled pasta and veggies to it.

    Add red chilli flakes, oregano and black pepper powder and salt to them and give them a good mix. Now take them out in a serving plate and garnish with some fresh pudina leaves/ coriander leaves.
