Heat oil in the pressure cooker.add finely chopped onion and crushed garlic.keep stirring till the onion turns light brown
then add Kabuli Chana and mix well.blend together tomato green chilli Ginger into puree.add crushed whole cloves and tomato puree into the pressure cooker. - 2
Keep stirring till the tomato puree dries up.add all the dry Spice powders and mix well and add salt to taste.add three to four cups of water.close the lid and keep it on full till the three whistles go
simmer for 10 minutes.switch off the gas and check if the Kabuli chana is cooked well.Serve hot with rice, bhature or simply roti.
