Gajar Qeema

Heat oil in a pot.add sliced onions & fry to pink.add all sabut garam masala & fry to minute or two.add finaly chop tomato & fry till tomato get soft mushy almost paste like & oil seprates.add ginger garlic paste & fry till smell ends.add qeema & mix well in tomato onion paste over medium heat till it's colour changes.

Mix red chilli powder,salt,haldi in dahi & beat well.when qeema has changed colour add dahi in it & mix well.cover & cook over low to medium heat in it's own & dahi water.check in between.when dahi is well absorbed in qeema & oil comes up, add round slices of peeled& washed gajar (carrots) in it. Mix well, cover & let it cook till gajar gets tender.add little water if needed.when gajar are tender & incorporated in qeema, add green chillies,sprinkle garam masala & turn offf heat.

Serve garma garamgajar qeema with chapati or nan & enjoy with Cookpad.
