Per boiled basmati rice and keep aside

Put a pan on fire,add mince meat,grated scotch bonnet,garlic,spices,seasoning,and onions (in bulk) and lastly oil,mix well until cooked

In a separate pot add the basmati rice and the meat,mix though roughly and close it to steam for 5 minutes...enjoy
