  1. 2 egg
  2. 1small size chopped onion
  3. 1small tomato
  4. 3Green chillies
  5. 1/2 tspginger garlic paste
  6. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  7. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  9. 3 tspoil
  10. as needed chopped coriander leaves
  11. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    First chop onion,tomato and chillies and coriander leaves.

    Take a pan add oil and heat then add chopped onion and fry till light brown.

  3. 3

    Then add all spices to it and stir for few seconds.

  4. 4

    Then add chopped tomato and fry for few seconds again and then crack egg and add to it and continuously fry for 5min or till oil starts leaving.

    Garnish with coriander leaves.

    Serve hot with roti.
