Ingredients

  1. 6eggs
  2. 4 tspOil
  3. 2big finely chopped onion
  4. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  5. To tasteSalt
  6. 1medium size chopped tomato
  7. 4-5green chillies
  8. 1 tspred chilli powder
  9. Pinchturmeric powder
  10. 1/2 tspcumin powder
  11. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  12. 1 tspgaram masala powder
  13. 1 bunchcoriander leaves
  14. 1 packettortillas or chapati
  15. Mix of tomato ketchup and mayonnaise
  16. 5 tsptomato ketchup
  17. 4 tspmayonnaise
  18. as neededshreded mozarella cheese

Cooking Instructions

    Take oil in a pan add finely chopped onions saute till it changes it's colour,add ginger garlic paste and green chillies saute,now add chopped tomatoes,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,salt,cumin powder,coriander powder and garam masala powder mix well let it cook till it turns into gravy now add the eggs and keep mixing it, till it's cooked and crumbled,add coriander leaves and mix it well..bhurji is ready

    Now take tortillas or chapati,spread the mixture of (tomato ketchup and mayonise) on it now add the shreded cheese on half portion add the bhurji stuffing on it and last top up with shreded cheese and fold into half moon shape. Add oil to the pan add this folded paratha to the pan and let it be crispy from both the side, cut into pieces and serve!
