In a karahi, add two tsp ghee.. let the ghee melt..

Add grated pumpkin to the ghee.. Roast the pumpkin in ghee for few minutes.. When all the water of pumpkin dries up,apdd milk to it..

Add elaichi to it.. When milk comes to boil, lower the flame..

Cook it on the flame till all the milk dries up..Now switch off the flame..

Let it cool and keep it in refrigerator for some time so that it can set properly..

When it sets,cut it in barfi shape and garnish with almonds and grated coconut..
