Ingredients

  1. 250 gramcarrot
  2. 1medium onion
  3. 1 cupsattu or roasted gram flour
  4. 2 tablespoonscurry powder
  5. 1/4 cupchopped coriander leaves
  6. 1/4 tea spoongaram masala powder
  7. 1green chilli
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1/4 cupwater
  10. as neededOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Peel and grate the carrots. Chop onion, coriander and green chilli.

    Mix all the ingredients except water and stir together making sure all the spices are distributed well then add the water and stir again.

    Rest for 10 minutes or more.

  4. 4

    Make small kababs of it. Grill on griller or on pan using oil.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with chutney.
