  • 125 gsugar
  • 125 gself rising flour
  • 5eggs
  • 15 gcocoa powder

Steps

    Pre heat oven to 180 degrees

  2. 2

    Grease your bakin tin

  3. 3

    Separate egg whites from the yolks

  4. 4

    Whip the egg whites until stiff

  5. 5

    Add the egg yolks

  6. 6

    Add the sugar and continue Whipping

  7. 7

    Gently fold in the flour, be careful not to deflate the eggs

  8. 8

    Bake until the toothpick comes out clean
