Cook the meat with onions, salt, spices and seasonings. Shallow fry the meat and keep aside. Pour oil in a sauce pan add onions, scotch bonnet stir fry and add the seasonings, add green pepper stir for 2 minutes off the fire and put the meat stir and serve. Enjoy
