Ingredients

  • 3medium zucchinis
  • 2medium carrots
  • 1large brown onion
  • 1 cupgrated tasty cheese
  • 5large eggs
  • 200 gstreaky bacon
  • 1/2 cupplain flour
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius and line square pan

  2. 2

    Prepare ingredients by grating carrots and zucchini, cut onion and bacon into squares

  3. 3

    Whisk eggs and add vegetables and bacon

  4. 4

    Add in flour, cheese and salt and pepper to taste. mixed till combined.

  5. 5

    Put mix into lined dish and bake for for 50 minutes or until golden and firm to touch

  6. 6

    Wait until cool to cut. Stores up to 5 days in fridge or can freeze for a few months
