Ingredients

Makes 1 pound Truffle Butter.
  • 1 poundunsalted butter, room temperature
  • White truffle oil or Black Truffle oil (I prefer White)
  • Coarse sea salt or fleur de sel

Steps

  1. 1

    In a small mixing bowl, combine the butter and truffle oil together. Season with salt to taste.

  2. 2

    On a large piece of plastic wrap, spoon the butter/truffle mixture and form into a log, about 1-inch thick. Wrap the log tightly. Or you can roll into little individual balls. Freeze for about 30 minutes prior to use.
