Ingredients

  1. 1tomato (not too ripe)
  2. 1 bunchparsley
  3. 1small onion
  4. 1lemon
  5. 1 tbspburghul
  6. 1 tspcinnamon
  7. 1 tspsalt
  8. Olive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the parsley into small pieces

  2. 2

    Dice the tomato and the onion

  3. 3

    Put the burghul in the lemon juice and give it time to absorb it

  4. 4

    Mix all ingredients and add olive oil
