Ingredients

  • 5eggs
  • 5 1/3 ozham (about 150 grams)
  • 3 1/2 ozshredded cheese (about 100 grams)
  • 1 2/3 cupsmilk (about 400 ml)
  • 3 1/2 tablespoonsbutter (about 50 grams)
  • 1/3 cupflour (about 50 grams)

Steps

    Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

  2. 2

    Finely chop the ham.

  3. 3

    Melt the butter, then make a thick béchamel sauce by adding the milk and flour.

  4. 4

    Add the egg yolks, ham, and cheese to the mixture. Stir to combine.

  5. 5

    Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gently fold them into the mixture.

  6. 6

    Grease a deep baking dish, pour in the mixture, and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25-30 minutes.
