Ingredients

  • 250 gramsGajar/carrot
  • 100 gramsCondensed milk
  • 3 tablespoonsGhee
  • As neededPistachios and cardamom powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel and grate the carrots. Fry it with ghee for 15minutes then add half the condensed milk.

  2. 2

    Fry till water evaporates then add another half of the condensed milk and fry till brown.

  3. 3

    Lastly add pista and cardamom powder. Serve with dryfruits of your choice.
