Ingredients

  • 2 cupsflour
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 3/4 cupvegetable oil
  • 3/4 cupsugar
  • 1 tbspbaking powder
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 1/2 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl,sift together flour,baking,powder and salt and set aside

  2. 2

    In a bowl of a stand mixer,mix together oil and sugar and beat until pale

  3. 3

    Add in flour and milk alternatively and beat until smooth

  4. 4

    Add in vanilla and mix.

  5. 5

    Pour batter into a greased baking pan and bake in a pre heated oven until done
