In a kadai or pan heat the oil and then add tomato, onion, ginger, bay leaf, cardamon, cinnamon stick, cashewnut, dry red chilli, green chilli. And fry for 15min in between add little water and cover it for 3 to 4min and the switch off the gas and let it cool down.. then pour it in the mixture and make a thick paste of it.

Now in the kadai add 5spoon or more butter and add sliced chillies and red Kashmiri powder and then add the paste in it.. and stir for 5 to 8min and add salt and then add little water and cover it for 5min and then add the paneer and cover it for 10 to 15 mins. And then remove the cover and add cream in it and stir and then switch off the gas u can add coriander leaves if u want or u can skip this step.

U can have it with butter roti or butter chapati
