Soak rice fr 1 hour and dein put in boiling water about 8 glasses

When da rice r 100% done strain dem

Now in 4 bowls I've put 4 kinds of food colors

Now pour rice over colour and mix

In da same pan heat oil and ghee together fry cloves and cardamom and add rice over dem

Add sugar and 4 colour rice and sugar again

Keep on dum

Mix well after dum and serve hot
