Cooking Instructions

Break and beat the eggs and add salt, adjust to your taste. Also chop onions, tomato

Heat the oil, add the onions and fry till translucent.

Add the eggs and stir to get them scrambled, while at it add the tomato and cook till they become soft

Serve with ugali and some cabbage
