Cheesy kulcha on tawa
Steps

In a mixing bowl take 1/2 cup of warm water. Add 1 tblspn sugar, pinch of salt and 1 tspn yeast. Keep it aside for 5 mins then add 1 cup of flour to it. Mix well then add curd and knead it gently for 5 to 7 mins.

Make a smooth dough. Add 1 tblspn of oil onto it and keep it aside for 30 mins in a warm place.

Meanwhile in a bowl take the grated cheese and chopped garlic. Mix it well. Now knead the dough again for 3 mins. Take small portion of the dough and make small sized ball.

Roll the balls in small circles. Add some cheese mixture into it and close it with your fingers and make balls again. Then roll it with a rolling pin.

Brush some water over a side of the kulcha then put it on a hot tawa.

After a min flip the tawa upside down and cook the kulcha directly on flame till it puffed up and cook properly. Then scrap the kulcha from bottom and remove. Make all the kulchas in this process.

Finally cheesy kulchas are ready to serve with your favourite curry.
