Vegetables bring a large pan of lightly salted water to a boil over high heat

Cook the vegetables in the order listed until their colours brighten and they are just tender about 2minutesafter each vegetables cooked then drian it well

Heat a butter in a pan add chilli flakes, oregano and salt add strain boiled vegetables and mix soute for1minutesl

Assembly gently toss the vegetables in a bowl garnish with grated cheese and serve
