Heat up cooker, add ghee and fry pieces of arbi to light golden

Blend tomato,peanuts,chilli and ginger to a smooth paste. Take out fried pieces and add carrom seeds to the leftover ghee

Put tomato paste and saute till it leaves ghee
- 4
Add coriander powder and salt and arbi pieces and mix well
- 5
Add water and pressure cook for 1 whistle
- 6
Open the lid and garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy
