Ingredients

Half an hour
5to6 servings
  • 1 kgBatway ka saag
  • 1madium onion
  • 3fresh green chillies
  • 1 cupfresh corriendor
  • 1/2 cupmint leaves
  • 4-5Button red chiiles
  • 3garlic cloves
  • 1 inchstick ginger
  • 1tspZeera
  • 5-6 tbspImli pulp
  • Salt as required
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1-1/2 cupOil

Steps

Half an hour
  1. 1

    First of all to made and clean a saag and washed to removed the dirt...boiled it approx 10to15 minutes and strain a water

    Now squeez all the water and blend it well and keep a side

    Next to make a green chutney from fresh green chilliles....fresh corriendor.....mint leave....garlic gloves....ginger stick.....imli pulp.....sabat zeera and half tsp salt take these ingredients and blend them well and keep a side.

    Now take a pen put oil in it and fry slice onion till it become golden brown than add green chutney on it...bhonofying than add saag and again bhonofy very well

    Now add salt as needed and turmeric powder and mix them....keep stirring

    When oil come surface of the saag it's mean it's ready for serve so turm off the flame and dish out and serve with garma garam chapatii😋😘
