Take a bowl and boil maggi noodles for 2-3minutes to it.

Add boiled green peas to the noodles.

Now add all the finely chopped vegetables (onion, capsicum, green chilli, ginger, garlic and coriander leaves)to it.

Once you add the chopped vegetables then add mashed potatoes, grated paneer and bread crumbs to it for a thick binding.

Add the dry spices(chat masala, cumin seeds, black pepper and red chilli powder to it)

Mash all the ingredients together in a bowl and it'll all look like this.

Keep it aside for 30 minutes to rest.

Now take a pan and heat oil to it for about 3-4 minutes. Meanwhile, start making round balls of the mixture and pat it softly in tikki form.

Now the pan is heated place the tikkis on the pan.

Cook it for 1-2 minutes one side and the change it to the other side. Now after 2-3miuntes the tikki will be cooked.

Serve it hot and crisp with chutneys.
