Cut your tofu into your desired shape

Make your marinate by adding all ingredients apart from tofu and spring onions.

In a bowl, marinate the tofu and allow to sit for 2 hrs or more

Grease your pan and bake at 150-180 degrees. Add the spring onions when it's almost done. Enjoy 😋
