Chicken omelette

Heat 2 tblspn oil. Add the sliced onion and saute till they become translucent. Then add the capsicum, chopped green chilli and tomato. Saute for a couple of mins.

Then add the chicken and ginger- garlic paste. Add salt as per taste. Stir and cook till the chicken become soft. Don't need to add water. Keep the flame on medium. When done add the lemon juice and remove from heat. Now keep it aside.

In a bowl beat the egg with a little salt and black pepper powder. In a pan add little water and pour the beaten egg. Keep the flame low. When the egg is half cooked add half of that cooked chicken.

Press gently and flip the other side so that the chicken gets covered. Cook for a minute. Flip it again and cook.

Chicken omelette is ready to serve.
