Steps

Take a grinder jar,add 1/2 cup yogurt and 2 tablespoons turmeric powder. Add some water, blend it or in bowl, you can whisk it.

Heat a pan.add 2-3 tablespoons oil. Add hing asafoetida. Add mustard seeds. Let it crackles. Add fennel seeds (sauf) and curry leaves.

After adding chopped garlic and onion.add salt, coriander powder,garam masala and turmeric powder.Mix it well.

Saute the onion until it becomes golden brown. After that add chopped tomato. Cook it until it becomes soft.

Now add besan and curd batter in the pan.mix it well. Add 2 cups water or adjust the consistency as per your choice.

Cook(boil) it for 5-6 minutes.Keep stirring in between.

At last, add chopped fresh coriander leaves. Kadhi is ready to serve.
