Grate lauki and squeeze all water better to keep in ice water while grating it won’t turn black.

Once you squeeze water from it add ghee to it first in a non-stick pan where you prepare sweet.

Then dry it till the smell of vegetable is gone add cardamom powder and desiccated coconut powder mix well then add condensed milk one small tin like 350 ml accordingly to taste.

Add food colour and simmer the flame and mix all things it will come to a thick consistency off the flame let it cool down completely add in those dry fruits for garnishing.

Ready to eat have it cool or hot it’s your choice
