Ingredients

  • 1 bowlmethi
  • 2potatoes, chopped
  • 1 cuptomato puree
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspheeng
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • As neededghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the methi & potatoes in small pieces. Wash them.

  2. 2

    Heat mustard oil, when aroma smells, add methi & potatoes.

  3. 3

    Cook on slow flame till potatoes become soft. Now add tomato puree, salt & red chilli powder. cook till tomatoes mix well.

  4. 4

    Serve hot.
