We have to wash capsicum with clean water & remove the internal part from it except the cover area. Then we can boil small potato.

We can mash boiled potato & mix all masalas in the mashed potato. We can mix all ingredients very well in potato.

Then we can add stuffing into the potato mixture in empty capsicum & put it on the gas oven for steaming. After steaming for 10 minutes we can get stuffed capsicum now we can serve it.
