Cut all the vegetables evenly.

Heat 1tsp oil in a pan.add chopped vegetables and cook for 2 minutes.

Add salt and pepper to it.mix well. Cook till tender. keep it cool.

Take a big mixing bowl. Add curd and mayonnaise.

Add all the vegetable to it and mix well.

Take a slice of bread.spread 2-3tbsp curd spread on it.spread evenly.cover with another slice of bread.

Grease with butter and grill it till golden.ready to Serve it.cut in slice and serve. These sandwiches are also serve raw.
