  1. 1kilo karele
  2. 1/2 kgmutton
  3. 2small onions for mutton
  4. 4-5onions for karele
  5. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  6. 3medium tomatoes
  7. 3 tbspyogurt
  8. 2green chilli chop for garnising
  9. 6green chilli paste for mutton
  10. salt as per taste
  11. 1/4turmeric powder
  12. 1 tspred pepper
  13. 1-1/2 tbspcoriander powder
  14. 1 tspcumin seeds
  15. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  16. oil for frying(same oil use for cooking mutton)

    Or pressure laga de 15 min ke lie jab gosht gal jae or oil sep hu jae garam masala add karein
