Moist, tasty, and a little bit spice, here is a cheesy egg and tuna bake that is low-carb and keto-friendly. Best of all, it is easy to prepare and delicious, too!

Ingredients

  1. 2 (6 oz)canned tuna, drained and fluffed
  2. 1/3 cupmozzarella cheese
  3. 1/4 cuppanko breadcrumbs
  4. 1/3diced celery (or vegetable of your choice)
  5. 3 tbspmayonnaise
  6. 1 tspsriracha hot sauce
  7. 1egg
  8. 2 tbspscallion for garnish (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Lightly grease a shallow bakeware and set aside.

    In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients, except for the egg. Then, transfer the mixture to the bakeware. Lightly press the center of the mixture with a spoon and create a crater.

    Crack an egg into the crater and air fry at 380F (190C) for 8-10 minutes until the egg white is cooked through.

    Sprinkle some scallion over the tuna bake to serve.
