  • 2medium onions
  • 1potato
  • 450 gbroccoli
  • 25 gButter
  • 550 mlchicken stock
  • 300 mlmilk
  • 175 gStilton

    Chop onion and soften in butter for few mins

  2. 2

    Add potatoes (peeled and diced) and broccoli and cook for few mins

    Add stock, cover and simmer for 20min

    Leave to cool for 15min then blend

    Add Stilton and milk, and Heat gently, stirring often until cheese melted

Great ingredient match broccoli and Stilton. I can’t eat cheese any more and blue cheese is the only thing I really miss!
