1/4 cupchopped potatoes
1/4 cupchopped onions
1/4 cupnylon sev
5-6Chat puri
2-3 spoonsmasala chana dal
Handfulchopped coriander
3-4 spoonsGreen coriander chutney
1-2 spoonsRed garlic chutney
1/2 cupSweet tamarind - dates chutney
1/2 teaspoonChat masala

In a big mixing bowl, add puffed rice.

Add chopped veggies.

Add chutneys.

Add crushed Puris and chana dal.

Add 1/2 teaspoon chat masala.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and quickly otherwise it may turn soggy.

Top it up with nylon sev, chana dal and chopped coriander.
