Soak kadadhanya overnight or 6-8 hours minimum.

In a pressure cooker take oil add mustard and cumin and let it crackle.

Add hing, turmeric, onion, tomato and saute.

Add red chilli powder and kaddhanya salt, jaggery, coriander leaves and mix well and add 3-4 cups of water.

Pressure cook for 1 whistle.

Serve hot.
