Ingredients

Cooked spinach
1 handfulcooked chickpeas
3hot dogs, chopped
3/4 cupheavy cream (200 ml)
Salt, extra virgin olive oil
Cooking white wine
Garlic powder and oregano
1 handfulraw mixed nuts (optional)

Steps

Place the spinach in a skillet with a little olive oil and sauté.

Add the chickpeas and chopped hot dogs with a splash of white wine, and sauté.

Add the heavy cream with a little salt, garlic powder, and oregano to taste.

Serve and enjoy. I topped it with some mixed nuts for extra crunch.
