Ingredients

  • Cooked spinach
  • 1 handfulcooked chickpeas
  • 3hot dogs, chopped
  • 3/4 cupheavy cream (200 ml)
  • Salt, extra virgin olive oil
  • Cooking white wine
  • Garlic powder and oregano
  • 1 handfulraw mixed nuts (optional)

Steps

    Place the spinach in a skillet with a little olive oil and sauté.

    Add the chickpeas and chopped hot dogs with a splash of white wine, and sauté.

    Add the heavy cream with a little salt, garlic powder, and oregano to taste.

    Serve and enjoy. I topped it with some mixed nuts for extra crunch.
