Heat the oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds to it and curry leaves, green chillies to it. Cook for 1-2 minutes and add onion amd other given veggies to it.

Add water and bring it to boil now add rice flour and mix them well. Sprinkle coriander leave and Make balls out of it and on the other side heat the water and keep the balls to it for steaming them.

Cover the vessel and keep it for 8-10 mins. Steam them well and put sticks to it.

Serve it hot with ketchup or chutney of your choice..
