Strain the curd using a muslin cloth till all the water goes away. Take the hung curd in a mixing bowl and beat it using a hand beater till the curd became smooth

Take a saucepan add milk and condensed milk in it, mix it well. Then switch on the gass and cook it on a low flame for 2-3min.

Let it cool down slightly. Then add this milk mixture to the beaten curd. Add cardamom powder and mix it well using a spatula.

Transfer this to bowl and cover the bowl with a aluminium foil.

Steam it for 30-35 min. Then let it cool down. Now the steam curd is ready.
