Cut the small pieces

Add the water leave it for 10 minutes because the step is very important lots of dust in Palak then soak after 10 minutes u see all dust is down in base of bowl

Heat the oil then add chopped garlic

Then add red gol mirch and fry golden colour

Also add peel and cubes cutting potatoes

Then add soaked palak

Then add salt and red chilli flakes

Mix and cover palak release the water and potatoes should be soft. Flame should low to medium.

Looks like this water is evaporated and potatoes are soft
