Steps

Take deep thick bottom vessel, spread salt in the vessel and place the ring in the middle. Put on medium flame for Pre heat. Cut the butter paper in the size of the tray, place it in the tray and keep a side.

Now take a mixing bowl add powdered sugar and ghee. Start Whisking with the help of whisker or electronic whisker.

Whisk it for 5-7 min. Will get smooth and soft, pluffy cream. Now add vanilla essence and all-purpose flour.

Add Baking Powder, baking soda, salt.

Add walnuts (keep 1 tsp walnut aside for topped on cookies). Add chopped cranberries. Start mix it all ingredients with Ur hand. Will get very nice bind but still crumbling.

Start adding a tsp milk to the mix and make soft and stiff dough. Start making ball and give the shape of cookies. Topped chopped walnuts and put it on Baking tray.

Make all cookies ready. Place the tray to the pre heated vessel. Close the lid and make the flame on high-medium. Bake it for 15-20 min. Till it get puffed and get golden.

Take out the tray and place the cookies on the rack so it get cool down. Once cookies get cool Will get super soft and crispy cookies.
