Murg Malai Kebab, are irrestible tender and fragrant pieces of Chicken which melts in your mouth as they are marinated in thick yogurt, cream/malai, cheese, saffron, herbs and spices which adds an nice creaminess to the kebabs.

Here I have prepared this Kebab with zero oil so I have avoided using a single drop of oil in it. To keep it more healthy, I have also not used cheese here. But you won’t believe that you will be surprised with the taste. It’s nothing less than the restaurant which you can enjoy guilt free. I have served this with the green chutney which is the perfect combo for this Without using tandoor, you can see the slight burnt marks and when you will have it you can relish the taste of it🥰 Give it a try to this guilt free delicious kebab.

Steps

  1. 1

Marinate chicken pieces with all the above mentioned in the Ingredients for Marination and try to keep it aside for at-least 1 hr.

  2. 2

    2. Soak 2 bamboo skewer in water for atleast 1 hr. So that while grilling, the skewer does not get burnt.

  3. 3

    3. After marinating chicken for 1 hr, put the chicken pieces in the skewer one by one close to each other and keep it over the aluminum sheet. Put these skewer inside the preheated oven of 375 degree Farenheit for about half an hr by turning the skewer upside down in between. Check in between if the chicken is properly cooked. Once cooked remove immediately from the oven.
