Take a bowl,add oats powder, 2tbsp besan,2tbsp yogurt.

Add,capsicum, green chilli,tomato,onion,coriander leaves, salt,cumin,carom,turmeric powder,black powder,

Mix it well,add water slowly.Consistancy of the batter should be semi thick.Do not make the batter thin.Batter is ready.Rest for 10 minutes.

Turn on the flame and heat non stick tawa. on high flame,now turn the flame low.Pour batter on tawa.Gently spread it, cover with the lid.cook it for 5 minutes then flip it till golden brown.Oats chilla is ready to serve with yogurt.There is no use of oil.
